The event is capped to 500 total participants.
REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & ROLLOVERS
Refunds, transfers and rollovers are permitted, but are subject to terms set out in the Race Manual.
QUALIFICATION
Runners must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the race for the ultra and marathon.
Runners must be at least 14 years of age for the half marathon.
Runners must be at least 6 years of age for the 10k and 5k events.
It is expected that all entrants are trained and prepared for the distances they are entered into. The terrain is very steep in places and constantly undulating. Runners need to be prepared for these conditions.
EVENT VILLAGE
& AID STATIONS
There will be full service manned aid stations throughout the course that will provide water, Tailwind, Coke, lollies, crisps and fresh fruit. As we are a single-use plastic-free event, we ask that you please carry a collapsible cup or other vessel to use for drinks when accessing Aid Stations.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
Runners will be required to carry the following Mandatory Equipment.
21KM, 42KM & 50KM RUNNERS
GPX FILE INSTALLED on Watch and/or Phone
KEEP-CUP OR SOFT FLASK
10KM & 5KM RUNNERS
KEEP-CUP OR SOFT FLASK for finish line to re-supply
Although not compulsory, it is recommended that all runners carry the following:
SPACE BLANKET
BANDANA, HAT or BEANIE
500ML WATER
COMPRESSION (SNAKE) BANDAGE
CUT OFFS
The cut off time for marathon and ultra at Manna Gum Aid Station is 3:00pm (runners must depart aid station by this time).
The cut off at Karka Pavilion for all event distances is 6:00pm
PARKING & CAR POOLING
The event will be based at the Karka Paviliion, 3kms into the Belair National Park from the park entrance.
Runners are really encouraged to car pool please into the National Park. Marshals will guide cars through the park entrance and then vehicles are to drive up towards Karka and follow instructions of marshals for parking.
